  • When do you update the shop?

There is no set schedule, instead we will post any announcements of when they'll be via email and Instagram so I strongly suggest signing up to my newsletter and follow Amanora Studio Instagram page

  • I put a product into my basket, but by the time I entered my card details and clicked pay it says they're no longer available?
This is out of us control, it's how the system works. We apologize for any inconvenience this causes if you miss out purchasing some products.
  • Do you do wholesale?

Not at the moment.

  • Can I pre-order?

Yes, we accept pre-orders. Full payments is charged immediately at checkout.You have 24hrs to cancel a pre-order item, 100% refund will be apply to your bank account or credit card that was used to make the pre-order. 

  • I ordered an item listed as ¨pre-order. How long it take to be available to ship?

Being uniques handmade products, it will take some time to make the pieces.  The following times below is the average time to make the product:

Ceramic Planters and other items made in Ceramics:  a term of 4 to 6 weeks for the product to be ready to ship.

Accesories and Jewerly: a term of 1 to 2 week for the product to be ready to ship.

Once the product is finished it will be packaged and ship to you. An email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been shipped and will contain the tracking number of the order so you know where your package is.

  • Do you make commissions?

Get in touch and ask. If it's something that could be made within the style that characterizes Amanora Studio, or sounds like an interesting project, then we happily consider it.
